Our Provisioning/Order
Module automates the entire provisioning cycle including placing,
terminating, and modifying all orders. TCM communicates directly
and electronically using e-mail with the carrier’s customer
service and billing organizations. TCM also provides a closed loop
management of all orders (Voice, Data, Wireless, VOIP, Calling Cards,
Conference Call) including all installation and testing phases.
