Strategic Consulting & Integration Partner

Consulting partners provide enhanced consulting services to help clients achieve success in their telecommunications expense management projects such as outsourcing of business process management, implementation management or integration management. These services may include inventory auditing, data scrubbing, post payment auditing prior to data load into TCM, integration to G/L systems or other ERP level systems, etc.

SageLogic's TCM Software solution is unique in that its capabilities can be delivered behind a client's firewall or via an Application Solution Provider, as well as an independent database configuration. Many organizations seek TCM's capabilities but either are too small to support the purchase and management of TCM within their infrastructure, simply want it hosted externally, or want all of their telecom functions managed external but desire the analytics and self review TCM offers. Through SageLogic's Service Bureau Outsourcing Partnership program, the partner plays a key role in helping organizations reduce communication expenses and improve management of services through the outsourced investment in providing the environment and management support of the TCM application.
